Understanding and polite!

I came down here after transmission went out on my 2010 International. Got towed in on a Monday, they found the problem on Tuesday due to my truck being towed in at their closing time. Due to my own delay, part was ordered Wednesday and was supposed to be there on Thursday which would've had me out on Friday. Part didn't make it til Friday morning and Dante made sure I was done on Friday which means they did a transmission job in half a day! They were understanding, polite, fast and knowledgeable.
